Ondas Networks Receives Canadian Government Authorization for 900 MHz Advanced Train Control System (ATCS) Radios

Products to be sold and marketed by Siemens under the Airlink brand to Canadian freight and transit customers

(NASDAQ: ONDS) (“Ondas” or the “Company”), a leading provider of private wireless, drone and automated data solutions through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Ondas Networks Inc. (“Ondas Networks ) and American Robotics, Inc. (“American Robotics” or “AR”), today announced that Ondas Networks has received approval from the Canadian government to sell its 900 MHz Advanced Train Control System platform . The ATCS platform, which had already been introduced to the US market, is now available for deployment throughout the Canadian rail system. The products will be sold and marketed by Siemens Mobility under their Airlink brand to Canadian freight and transit customers.

Siemens Mobility has been providing solutions to the transportation industry in Canada for over 40 years and in 2021 acquired RailTerm, a leading provider of rail services to Canadian rail and transit agencies. The clearance is another important step in broadening the adoption of 900 MHz products jointly developed by Ondas and Siemens to meet the communication needs of the North American rail market. Ondas will provide marketing and customer support for Siemens in the Canadian rail market.
